Flowers in Ice
Flowers in Ice I use natural light in all my work in a very careful and creative way and I see the contrast between the warm colours of the flowers and the cold harsh white of the ice in which they are trapped as an important element in each image, it gives the image a dreamy painterly look. Photographing them in ice shows the delicate, translucent beauty of the flowers and highlights their fragile and transient nature. |
